This section aims to inform you about the way ALLIANCE BFC, union of agricultural cooperatives, located 4 BD DE BEAUREGARD 21600 LONGVIC, as data controller, processes users of wacc.coop (hereinafter the “Website”) personal data.

Which data are processing?

Data may be different depending on the type of User of the Site:

For all Users: during the using of the Website, technical and browsing data are collected and processed by cookies or any similar technology.

For Users filling in a contact form or a pre-registration form: when you complete and submit a contact or a pre-registration form, your personal data are processed to get in touch with you.

Management of responses to user requests via the contact form or pre-registration form.

We do not automatically collect any personal data on our Website.

ALLIANCE BFC store Users personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the intended purpose and in compliance with legal retention periods.

  • Processing and analysing pre-registrations

 

Data is kept for the time required to process the request, in compliance with the regulation.

Who can have access to your data?

Your personal data is intended for use by ALLIANCE BFC and all current and future organisers of the WACC event.  Your personal data may also be communicated to the service providers of the WACC event solely in the context of the performance of their services related to the event.
